MacroSee is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the macronutrient content of food from photographs. The Service is available as a web application and a mobile application.
Important: MacroSee provides estimates only. The nutritional information generated by the AI is approximate and should not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or suitable for any medical, dietary, or health-related purpose.

You retain ownership of the photos and data you submit to MacroSee. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g. sending photos to AI providers for analysis).
The MacroSee name, logo, and application code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
MacroSee relies on third-party services (including AI providers and authentication services) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details on which services are used and what data is shared.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We make reasonable efforts to keep MacroSee available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
